Method 1: Toolbar
- Click the Theme button in the toolbar
- Browse available themes
- Click to apply — changes instantly
Method 2: Popup Menu
- Click the Markdown Viewer extension icon
- Select a theme from the dropdown
- The document updates immediately

Currently, themes cannot be customized. However, 29 built-in themes across 7 categories cover most use cases.
